TTIG Chapter 67.1

Fang Yinnian’s lips were very soft, and he had a gentle, reassuring scent. Kissing him was like savoring an exquisite dessert.

Mo Xun gradually became more intoxicated by the kiss.

An instinctive impulse awakened within him. Mo Xun simply rolled over to pin Fang Yinnian under him, his kisses becoming even more unbridled.

“Mm…” Fang Yinnian felt dizzy as his lips and tongue were completely invaded. His mind was in chaos, his hands instinctively pressing against Mo Xun’s chest, pushing hard against him.

But the drunk man was too heavy—impossible to push away.

“Mo Xun… let go…” Fang Yinnian reached up to pat Mo Xun’s shoulder but Mo Xun grabbed his fingers, interlocking them and pressing them into the bed.

The young man continued kissing him deeply, his mouth full of alcohol.

“…” Fang Yinnian’s mind was numb.

After an unknown time, Mo Xun reluctantly withdrew from his mouth. Then, by the warm light from the bedside lamp, Mo Xun saw the red mole on Fang Yinnian’s ear.

Red mole? As if possessed, Mo Xun suddenly stuck out his tongue and lightly licked that red mole.

Fang Yinnian’s body stiffened abruptly, as if an electric current ran down his spine—the tingling sensation made his heart tremble slightly.

His cheeks flushed red as he pushed Mo Xun hard.

“Let go of me…”

“Won’t let go.” Mo Xun’s voice was low and hoarse as his arms tightened around Fang Yinnian’s waist. He lowered his head to take Fang Yinnian’s ear in his mouth, biting gently, then continued licking and kissing the pale earlobe as if unsatisfied.

“…” Fang Yinnian’s whole body went soft.

Mo Xun mumbled hazily: “This is how I kiss you in fan fiction, baby. This spot of yours is really so sensitive…”

“Let go of me, damn it!” Fang Yinnian was so flustered he swore, using all his strength to push Mo Xun away forcefully.

Caught off guard, Mo Xun was pushed down onto the bed. He looked at Fang Yinnian in confusion, his eyes showing the grievance of being interrupted.

Fang Yinnian’s cheeks burned as he fled to the bathroom.

His heart beat violently, like a wild beast trying to break free from its cage, rampaging in his chest with clear pounding sounds.

Fang Yinnian pressed hard against his chest, his face burning hot enough to catch fire.

He frantically turned on the bathroom shower, setting it to cold water, and stood directly under it without even removing his clothes.

The icy water quickly soaked his white shirt. Fang Yinnian shivered from the cold, but as the cold water continued pouring down, he finally gradually regained his rationality.

Mo Xun was definitely blackout drunk and didn’t know what shameless things he was doing. However, Mo Xun had called out “Yinnian’s” name before kissing him, indicating he knew who he was kissing.

This couldn’t be explained away as “mistaking him for someone else.”

Realizing this, Fang Yinnian’s heartbeat spiked again. Could it be…

Could it be that Mo Xun liked him?

Would a normal guy kiss his buddy after getting drunk? Wouldn’t kissing someone of the same sex be disgusting?

Fang Yinnian didn’t find it disgusting. Being suddenly forcibly kissed by Mo Xun left his mind blank—completely short-circuiting on the spot.

When he came to his senses, Mo Xun had nearly kissed his lips numb and was licking and biting his ear.

Thinking of that passionate kiss, Fang Yinnian’s legs went weak. He tried hard to breathe deeply and calm his chaotic mind.

Mo Xun liked him?

So that’s why he missed him, why he kissed him?

Did this explanation make sense?

Or maybe Mo Xun was just blackout drunk, subconsciously imitating scenarios from CP fan fiction?

Regardless of Mo Xun’s reasons for kissing him while drunk, the key issue now was—he actually didn’t find it repulsive!!

Realizing this made Fang Yinnian even more panicked.

Normal people would be very angry and disgusted being forcibly kissed by someone of the same sex, especially straight men. If suddenly kissed by a good buddy, they should punch him and beat him up to vent their anger, right?

But why was his own heart racing, breathing irregular, even getting weak from Mo Xun’s kisses and forgetting to resist?

Thinking this, Fang Yinnian couldn’t help but freeze—could it be that his feelings for Mo Xun weren’t purely brotherly either?

The moment this thought emerged in his mind, it was like a sharp blade splitting open shackles, instantly cutting through all obstacles to reveal the truest heart beneath layers of obscuring clouds.

There grew a seed named Mo Xun.

He wasn’t sure when it was planted, but it had unknowingly taken root and sprouted.

Perhaps as early as when Mo Xun was trending negatively and being cyberbullied, when he anxiously accompanied Mo Xun to Thailand… Mo Xun’s place in his heart had already become different.

He’d been thinking about Mo Xun constantly lately. During Mo Xun’s time filming with the crew, his happiest moments each day were video chatting with Mo Xun, listening to him share interesting crew stories.

He clearly had no interest in film and TV and never watched dramas. But he carefully saved every photo of Mo Xun in period costume, and listened seriously to every piece of crew news Mo Xun shared.

He was very happy when Mo Xun returned to the team, felt distressed seeing Mo Xun injured, constantly worrying about Mo Xun not eating or sleeping well on set.

This heart-wrenching concern—was this what liking someone felt like?

But I’m straight! I’m straight! A voice in Fang Yinnian’s head screamed madly—how could a straight guy like me fall for another guy? How could I like Mo Xun?

But if it had been any other teammate kissing him today, Fang Yinnian would definitely have cursed them out rudely. But facing Mo Xun… not only couldn’t he bring himself to hit or scold him, he actually blushed and fled in panic.

Straight… straight? Getting kissed until his face was red and legs were weak—what kind of straight was that! He seemed to have bent a little.

The cold water overhead completely sobered Fang Yinnian. He turned off the shower and walked to the mirror, looking at his thoroughly soaked self.

His lips were red and swollen from Mo Xun’s kisses, his eyes also tinged with red, his wet clothes clinging to his body—he looked quite disheveled.

He rubbed his face, braced his hands on the sink, and took several deep breaths to gradually calm his heartbeat.

What should he do? He seemed to really have fallen for Mo Xun.

He wasn’t homosexual, but he just cared about Mo Xun so much… this guy’s image constantly appeared in his mind.

This feeling was probably what having a crush felt like, right?

But their careers were just getting started—he couldn’t possibly be with Mo Xun.

Every music company in the industry was watching FTM, and other boy groups’ fans also hated FTM.

Those lurking in the shadows wanted nothing more than to catch their slightest mistake, magnify it infinitely, then ruthlessly trample them into the mud.

At this time, if he and Mo Xun dated and got labeled as “homosexual,” their careers would be over.

Rising actors/idols exposed for dating would lose fans even with heterosexual relationships, let alone same-sex romance within the group.

This would be tantamount to digging their own graves…

What about Tang Che, Junwen, and Xiao Fei? He couldn’t be so selfish, letting romance cloud his judgment and disregard his teammates’ futures.

Fang Yinnian fell into deep conflict.

Could his family accept it?

What would his teammates think?

How to face external public opinion?

Dating wasn’t just about confessing on impulse—that would be irresponsible. Fang Yinnian didn’t want to destroy both their futures because of romance.

Mo Xun worked so hard filming action scenes in period costume, continuing to work happily even when injured, never complaining about exhaustion from all-night shoots—he truly loved being an actor.

So he absolutely couldn’t become Mo Xun’s obstacle.

After calming down to analyze and think, Fang Yinnian finally made a decision.

He’d pretend tonight never happened. Mo Xun was drunk anyway and wouldn’t remember much—he couldn’t rashly tear through this thin barrier.

Fang Yinnian removed his soaked clothes and tossed them aside, took a hot shower, changed into pajamas, and returned to the room.

Mo Xun was already asleep.

Fang Yinnian sat by the bed staring at him for a while.

Mo Xun had very attractive features—handsome and rugged, with smooth, clean jawlines and a high nose bridge like 3D modeling. His lips were on the fuller side, with very sexy, charming M-shaped peaks.

Thinking of being wantonly kissed by these lips earlier, Fang Yinnian’s ears burned.

Looking down, he saw Mo Xun’s suit pants belt had just been undone, hanging loosely. Fang Yinnian pulled off his dress pants and tossed them aside, then put sleep pants on him.

It was winter now. Mo Xun had brought black long-sleeve, long-pant pajamas in very soft cotton material.

Fang Yinnian dressed him properly, then tucked him in carefully, taking thorough care of the drunk guy before turning to his own bed, lying down and turning off the lights.

The room plunged into darkness.

Fang Yinnian could clearly hear Mo Xun’s steady breathing.

Remembering the kiss, his heart started pounding wildly again. He simply buried his head under the covers, forcing himself to sleep.

But he couldn’t fall asleep, so he opened his phone under the blankets, pulled up the browser, and typed a search query.

“Can straight men become homosexual”

The search results showed a bunch of messy websites and videos. He accidentally clicked one that made moaning sounds, scaring Fang Yinnian into frantically pressing the volume buttons to mute it.

He changed his search terms.

“What to do if a straight guy falls for his buddy”

There were quite a few results. He reluctantly scrolled down and found a gay forum discussing how to sleep with men.

Fang Yinnian: “…”

A bit stimulating—he couldn’t accept this yet.

Fang Yinnian closed his eyes to recover.

He didn’t discriminate against homosexuality—sexual orientation was personal choice—but suddenly liking another guy left his mind very confused.

Going from straight to bent was too strange. He needed time to adapt and think about what to do next…

Fang Yinnian quickly deleted his phone’s search history, closed his eyes, and forced himself to sleep.

He suffered insomnia until 3 AM before finally falling asleep in a daze.

The next morning, Mo Xun woke up with a splitting headache.

He found himself lying in the hotel room wearing soft black pajamas. Mo Xun sat up and pressed his temples, which felt ready to explode.

He’d really blacked out drinking last night—couldn’t remember how he got back or how he changed clothes.

Where was Yinnian? Mo Xun looked around the room and found Fang Yinnian wasn’t there. He picked up his phone to send a message but it was dead.

Mo Xun endured his headache and plugged in his phone to charge.

Just then, the door made a “beep” sound as Fang Yinnian swiped his card to enter. Mo Xun looked up toward the door. When their eyes met, Fang Yinnian’s heart jumped and he immediately looked away.

Mo Xun smiled and asked: “Yinnian, where did you go?”

Fang Yinnian held a takeout container and said: “I ordered you some light fish congee and just went down to get the delivery.”

He didn’t dare look Mo Xun in the eyes, unpacking the food while saying: “You drank so much last night, your stomach must be uncomfortable, right? Have some congee to warm it up.”

Mo Xun scratched his hair: “Those leaders really could drink—I’m impressed. There was a Director Zhou who kept forcing me and Junwen to drink. I haven’t been this drunk in years.” He paused and asked: “By the way, how did I get back last night?”

Fang Yinnian said: “Tang Che and I helped you back.”

Mo Xun was stunned, looking at his pajamas: “Did you two also help change my clothes?”

Fang Yinnian stared guiltily at the carpet and gave a soft “mm.”

Mo Xun sighed: “I don’t remember anything. I didn’t do anything embarrassing while drunk, did I?”

Fang Yinnian: “…”

You didn’t do anything embarrassing, but you did plenty of shameless things.

Seeing Fang Yinnian’s face turn red, Mo Xun grew nervous: “Did I go crazy with alcohol and make you angry?”

Fang Yinnian brought the congee over to the table, saying as calmly as possible: “You didn’t go crazy. Go wash your face and brush your teeth, then eat something.”

Mo Xun scratched the back of his head in confusion and went to shower.

Hot water washed away his body’s fatigue, and his mind gradually became clearer. Some fragmented memories suddenly began bubbling up from deep in his mind.

“Yinnian, I missed you so much…”

“Baby, this spot of yours really is so sensitive…”

Mo Xun suddenly froze. In these memory fragments, he seemed to have transformed into a beast, holding Fang Yinnian and gnawing and biting him, even using his tongue to pry apart the other’s teeth and wantonly invade his lips and tongue.

“Fuck!”

Mo Xun cursed himself and quickly dried off, coming to the sink to splash cold water on his face.

“Was it a dream? Or did I really act like a hooligan and kiss Yinnian?”

Mo Xun touched his own lips, which seemed to still retain the soft sensation of kissing Fang Yinnian.

“…” Mo Xun stared blankly for a moment, then vigorously hit his own head until his brain buzzed, cursing himself quietly: “Mo Xun, you’re such a bastard. I knew I shouldn’t have drunk so much.”

Listening to the water sounds from the bathroom, Fang Yinnian’s mind was in turmoil—Mo Xun was blackout drunk last night and probably didn’t remember.

That was for the best. He could secretly hide this incident as a secret, avoiding the mutual awkwardness that would come from bringing it up.

When Mo Xun came out after showering and saw Fang Yinnian sitting on the bed, his mood was also very uneasy, like having done something bad and waiting for judgment…

Would Yinnian hate him? Would he find it disgusting?
